Manford has successfully delivered, commissioned and ramped an eight-machine HM-630 horizontal machining cell for a leading South-East Asian electric vehicle manufacturer.
The cell, configured with 8-pallet APC systems and integrated robotic loading, runs 24/7 unattended production of aluminum battery housings — supporting our customer's aggressive capacity ramp targets for the 2026 model year.
This project represents one of our largest single deployments in the EV manufacturing sector and demonstrates Manford's capability to deliver complete production cells, not just individual machines.
